What are the disadvantage of buying a property where Society is not formed? - kharghar property 2010 rates
I am buying at the time the search for a property in Kharghar. The building in which I intend to buy a flat is about 5 years, but society is not formed.
What are the proposals - D0N'T or buy.
We also need advice on whether a property tax increase here?
Or is it the best place to buy a house, where you can enjoy too.
Please help.

Keep an eye on the development of the region, if you see see the repeal, then, perhaps? real question is whether they are willing to live in a place with no frills
Society as a system of levels is necessary and useful for the people. This company apportionment of safety, security, service follows each of its members and therefore a better and cheaper.
But the mere incorporation of the company gives no guarantee for better recognition evaluated. We need taking into account the location, concept and sarroundings and market trends.
Well, is the property in a place where the company is bought not yet developed, certainly a positive approach.
There are many drawbacks, including:
1. They will not help if you are caught in a situation of disorder.
2. Can develop a sense of loneliness .. leading to depression.
However, if you can deal with these situations, then I am sure that you do not encounter any difficulties.
If you use the site without worrying about the score, go ahead. But the alienation of society can make life more expensive, less safe and can make potential buyers. to wait or find a better place for growth in my opinion, the best of luck in finding a home.
