I LOVE cereal. Sometimes I eat for lunch and dinner. Sometimes I eat for dessert. I was wondering if it is not so good for me as I thought. Only eat healthy cereals ... My favorites are the vectors and be just. I can also skim milk. But I'm too much carbohydrates? What's the deal?

If you eat more calories than you burn, weight gain. Try to get your fruit crop. It is good, not that you eat cereal unhealthy. You need protein. You will receive a portion of their milk.

Above all, the "healthy cereal" grain carbohydrates are in a good turnout of voters, all the sugar into energy and be active throughout the day should be good. I love cereal, but I'm not big, in fact, some have of girls to school, lol must gain 30 pounds. I think only fatten the same if you use the type of sugar and fat of whole milk and eat only when all the time and not just when you are hungry or
whatever.
